During several days I read different information about old age. It’s a very interesting question for me. And here are my conclusions...
It seems to me, that the old age comes when you allow. There are different parties of this question, including from the point of view of health. It seems to me, that everything is related to the internal energy of a person.
Look at kids - what vigorous they are! With the years people spend much more energy, than receive. It is spent for example through emotions, when there is a negative. But people don’t know how to receive this energy using different ways.
